Customers understands that they are purchasing art prints.
ARTFACT only accept returns or exchange within 10 days of purchase.
Customers from outside of Canada are responsible for ALL additional shipping costs. (Additional duties and taxes may applied)
Return and Exchange Policy
For a full refund of return or exchange, please ensure the artwork is in undamaged condition, that means free from scratch and stain.

Return process
Once we receive your return request, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email. (Full instructions will be included in the email)
When we receive the item, it takes 1-2 days to inspect the artwork. Once the item is approved for return, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process will take between 3-5 days.
Exchange process
Once we receive your exchange request, a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email. (Full instructions will be included in the email)
Same with the return process, inspection of the artwork will take 1-2 days. Once the item is approved for exchange, we will ship out the new item within 1-3 days.
